ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Account

You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon's best interests to do so.

Use of Online Booking Service

You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

No-Show Policy

Purité on the Bay operates with a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy.⁣⁣ You must telephone the salon directly to cancel on .

Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We respect in certain circumstances this isn't possible, so we just ask to please be courteous and give us as much notice as you can.*⁣'

  • Any late cancellations with < 24 hours will incur in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment amount - as we're sure you'll understand it's extremely difficult to sell that time back with very little notice.
  • Any no shows we will charge the full amount of the appointment. We send text and email reminders 24 hours before your appointment so that is the perfect time to give us a call if you need to cancel.
  • Late arrivals: We allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for all make-up services and some packages / group bookings.

Young Children Policy

Please note that very young children are NOT permitted at Purité under any circumstance, in order to preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests and to avoid contact with hot equipment and harmful chemicals.
